Purchases.
Bac-water.com may cancel a sale and not supply products if it is deemed reasonable to do so and we may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you using the contact details you supply us with. You will then be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. We try to ensure that listed products are always available but there may be occasions where events outside of our control stop us from fulfilling an order. In such instances you will be given the choice to wait for stock to arrive be given a full refund or on occasion be sent an alternative product if the product ordered is unavailable. Pictures are for illustration purposes only and products may occasionally vary in brand, size, shape or colour. All orders must be paid for before they are delivered.
Returns Policy
A product purchased from bac-water.com may be returned for the following reasons:
- If the product arrives faulty or damaged.
- If the product is incorrect due to a mispick or misinformation (this must be reported within 4 days of receiving the product/s)
- The customer finds the product unsuitable or is dissatisfied with the product.
Items returned to bac-water.com for the reasons outlined above should be done so within 30 days of receipt, and should also meet the following criteria:
- Goods must be returned as sold i.e. in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Any free gifts or other additional bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned.
- You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and label the parcel/s with it to allow the return to be dealt with as efficiently as possible.
Failure to meet the above criteria may result in the return being rejected.

Please note you must organise the return of the items at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error by bac-water.com, in this instance postage will be refunded.
Cancelling an Order
Cancellation of orders prior to fulfilment must be received by bac-water.com in writing from the buyer.
Customers must contact bac-water.com within 7 days of delivery to obtain authorisation to return any Goods. Goods returned by the Customer without prior authorisation will not be credited. Customers must return all products unused and as originally delivered.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK.
Delivery within the UK is guaranteed, in the event that your order is lost in the post a full refund or full replacement of all products ordered will be arranged in accordance with the terms and conditions of the postal service used by bac-water.com to send your items. Special delivery will usually be despatched the same day (working days only) for orders placed before 2.00pm.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
Standard International shipping is available at very low cost, this option is not insured and any item sent using this method will not be refunded or replaced should it not arrive at the delivery address.
An Express and Insured delivery option is available and should be purchased by all international buyers who would wish to claim for the full cost of their order in the event that it was lost in the post, damaged or stolen. Parcels stopped by customs are not covered. If the express and insured option is not selected bac-water.com are unable to resend or refund any order from international buyers that does not arrive at the delivery address.
